2009 sees the addition of photo courses to Arctic Colors Gallery in Porjus. In recent years many persons have bought a digital camera which functions excellently in auto mode but if youhave a creative eye maybe you want more.
Each course will take in account each individual participant which is why courses are limited to allow personal contact with all participants. No camera is too basic - no question is too simple.
Arctic Colors gallery can now offer photograhic courses on different levels.
Half day, one day and weekend courses during the whole year.
A five days course runs in March and September taking in many different photograhic opportunitues including dog sledding and helicopter trips to allow photographing from the air
Example: - Basic Day Course
A basic day course will give you an understanding of how you can input your own feelings into a photograph. The day starts with looking at what equipment you have, how much you understand. A base understanding of the camera is then looked at as well as tips and time to ask your own questions.Speed, aperture, rule of thirds etc.... Next, practical application of what we have learnt, outside with your camera. Then back to the gallery and load your pictures onto a computer to see the results.
A two day course also includes printing and editing photographs and you will go home with a mounted print from your own photographs.
If you plan to visit Porjus on holiday why not include a half or whole day photo course?
